Processing Time

All orders are handmade and ship within 7-10 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• US Orders: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact your carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help afterward, reach out and we will assist however we can.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.
